Terminology

For the purposes of this Agreement (the 'Agreement'), the Platform is referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our'. Users and other visitors to the Platform are referred to as 'you', 'your', or 'User'. Collectively, 'we' and 'you' are referred to as 'both parties' and individually as 'a party'.

Processing and Retention Period for Personal Information

We will process and retain your personal data for as long as required by law or for the period agreed at the time of collection.

As a rule, we retain your personal data for 1.5 years after you delete your account or if your account is deactivated due to misuse. Users must comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, in line with applicable laws and regulations governing personal information and data protection in the User's respective country or region.

Invocation

Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory decrees, or administrative regulations is to the latest amended version, whether amended before or after the signing of this Agreement.

In this Agreement, 'include' always means 'including but not limited to,' unless stated otherwise.

Users acknowledge that the Platform may use cookies to monitor activity on the Platform and collect certain information, including, without limitation, IP addresses, geolocation data, and other relevant details. For example, we may use video (including audio) recordings to verify the identities of P2P merchants and to support P2P order dispute resolution. In addition, facial video (including audio) may be used for Jasný Profinex identity verification on third-party platforms..

Limitation of Liability

Although the Platform employs technical and security measures to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is completely secure. Accordingly, we make no warranties regarding the security of the personal information you provide, and we cannot be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your personal data.

We may update this Agreement at any time. If we change the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the updates, including the new effective date and details of the changes.
